New Messaging

I suddenly have a collection of flags, colors and indecipherable icons when I click on my messages. No way that I can find to delete it. Are we now stuck with this "new and improved" system ?

I can't duplicate your issue.  When I click into my Messages, it looks normal ... there isn't anything even resembling what you describe.  Are you on a mobile device – with or without the app – or are you on a computer?

What browser or app are you using?

Try another browser. If your message inbox loads correctly in another browser, try clearing your cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies in your original browser.

If you are using the eBay app, make sure it is the latest version. Try clearing cache and data.
