New Interface is Terrible

eBay, please fire all of your current programmers and hire back the ones that understand that the user interface should be useful.  This latest version is the opposite of useful.  The previous version showed us payment status, shipment and delivery status, and feedback status in a simple consolidated view.  Now if you want to know these primary information items, you have to go search for them individually.  What a stupid change.  Please put the old useful, user friendly interface back.

My guess is that you use a desktop.  Ebay changes all their interfaces for the benefit of those who only use their phones, mostly buyers, to the detriment of those who use a desktop, mostly sellers.

I still like Windows 98, but it too has changed

What 'interface' are you referring to? 

 

Seller Hub was introduced a couple years ago, and has everything to do with selling on 1 page.

 

I don't see a change in that??

I believe I took a brief look at that when it was introduced and I think I decided it was not an improvement, however I will look again.

I must need different information than you do to run my business.

 

I find everything I need easily, and even things I don't need but like analyzing.

 

Perhaps Ebay succeeded in training me over decades or perhaps I need far less information to get the job done.

I too am having problems with eBay sell page won’t load my messages which include responses from buyers won’t load. I don’t know what’s wrong with this whole thing but they need to fix it quickly

Well then that IS the problem, if you had actually taken the time originally you would be like the majority of Sellers who think that the Seller Hub was one of the best improvements eBay has ever made.
