I've sold before with ebay  not anymore no-one to contact when the buyer has clearly taking the product and asks for refund eBay always sides with buyer haven't received the purse I sold or the money never selling on eBay again.

Well, it sounds like you did  receive the payment, or eBay couldn't refund. Your funds were probably on hold since you're a new seller... so that's why you never yet received the money into your account.

As to the refund... was there a Return (or Item Not Received) claim opened that you didn't respond to?
