We know that a neutral feedback doesn't effect the overall score, but this particular feedback really doesn't make sense. The sale was completed over a month ago. They left a neutral just because they hadn't opened it up yet? I'm assuming the went ahead and left feedback due to the reminders by ebay. Should I even bother asking for a revision? This appears to be the only neutral this person has left others, so they may not even know they will have to have me request a revision in order to change it to postive. I hate being picky over this, but it's like the small chip you have on the paint job that you just can't help to look at, you can barely see it, but you know it's there.

@ga_open_box_llc What @fern*wood just use "inexperienced", I was only looking at their FB.
The instructions I gave you are your best chance of getting it removed. It may work, it may not. I can tell you that all but one of mine have been removed using that method. The only one they didn't do was over 90 days old & they don't allow that.

lol, they want to be on the safe side once they open and it doesn't work.

It's worth a try.
I had a similar neutral last year, for kicks (because I don't really care about having a single neg/neut) I went through the automated process to request review.
In a few hours it was gone.

They absolutely could. Just saying, that if the did the neutral because they were worried they wouldn't be able to complain or request return through the MBG, then the feedback wouldn't have mattered anyway because the 30 days had gone and went already.

Got this today.... Wasn't sure if I should remove it, but I had it removed because I don't like the color of it on my feedback page.

Lol, man. That's rough. I don't get it. It's almost like buyers aren't understanding the full concept of the feedback system anymore.

You are correct. It is a nonsense post. It absolutely will not hurt you in any way. Just leave it alone and move on. I know it is annoying, I have one too that is getting close to aging off, and it still annoys me. But it doesn't hurt me or my account in any way.

You could try getting it removed as it doesn't mean anything, really. Though if it stays, as said above, it won't hurt your rep - it just makes the buyer look a little lame.
I have a feeling it was the response to one of eBay's pestering 30-day 'LEAVE FEEDBACK OR RETURN YOUR ITEM WE WILL FLOG THE SELLER ON YOUR BEHALF' emails. I wish they would make that an opt-out for sellers - people are so pestered for feedback for everything online everywhere that it's actually causing backlash. This is just more. I'd rather my buyers NOT be pestered, yet again, for yet more feedback.
