Buyer left total lies on feedback. Messaged her to offer refund. In which said she didn't trust me and she acussed me of "stealing" her card number and charging a bunch of stuff. Told her not true, that I don't even see her card number. In the end her last message to me was " go to hell crook"

I reported her but negitive feedback is still there and I assume nothing has been done.

Call ebay, tell them this is slander and you want it removed.

I don't know if ebay will remove the neg ( worth a try though ) but I do know ebay will remove the feedback you left for the buyer if the buyer reports it.

Sellers are not allowed to leave neg feedback comments for buyers, it's a violation of the feedback policy..

Sorry but we did not understand completely what do you mean. Why the buyer left the negative?

Did item received? Did the buyer contact first and how it all came to the last message?

Feedback is her opinion. If eBay removed feedback that sellers disagreed with no sellers would have bad feedback.

on the other hand YOU violated feedback policy. I always find it interesting when sellers expect buyers to “follow the rules” yet refuse to do so themselves.

Yes feedback is opinion of buyer but that does not justify accusing someone without evidence that he stole her credit card information.

That’s not in her feedback. It has nothing to do with the OP violating feedback rules.

And the seller will get a violation noted on his account. And possibly an email informing them of policy.

This is why, when eBay removed our ability to see others' IDs in the feedbacks, I found I was no longer in control of who I wanted to block from possibly doing damage to my eBay reputation as a seller.

Yes, I know ... just because a buyer does something nasty to one seller (or two or three or more) doesn't mean that same buyer will do the same to me. But the likelihood is great, IMO.
