Negative review help

Hi i am fairly new too selling on ebay and need advice, i recently got some scummy person leave me a review who owns there own business similar to mine use a personal account leave a negative review on one of my items which has a higher sell rating than theirs, due to ebay policy they can not remove the review nor can i reply to the review, no communication from the buyer, no feedback left and yet still im the one facing loss of sales due to a disrespectul compeitior, any help?

If you mean a product review, there should be a way to report it.

Are you talking about the personalised heart photo charms ?

I can see the product has 2 reviews, 3.5 stars, but I can't see any comments.

I don't know if you can get a product review removed, but if this is a negative feedback, you can call CS and you should be able to get a negative removed by pointing out that he sells the same things you do and is a competitor.

In all honesty, I rarely read the product reviews on an item.

yes but so far it has hurt my sales today, might be a bad day, but more than likely not, i like the fact they have failed to make contact or leave any feedback or even asked for a return request which they could do as they are within the time limit, the fact they chose to leave a review only shows there well aware of ebays tools and how too abuse them too boost there own selling items because they arent selling well since we came into play
