Negative feedback

reading up on the limitations of

negative feedback removal has me feeling some type of way.

Two negative feedbacks i have. Of which  was not found at fault and cases were closed.

The first one was a single product sold and was shipped the following day. Didn't think nothing of it. I'm then scrolling through as I do to make sure past orders have been delivered. This was a week or so later. I  noticed it wasn't delivered check the tracking and it was sat at my local post office for 5 days then went to the buyers local post office and then was turned around and shipped back and was currently at my local post office. I figured he was coming back to me for some reason I contacted the buyer and told him a few days later I look it's way back to the buyer I contacted buyer tell them I don't know what's going on. It's not going back to you. Few days later I look again and it was at the buyers post office. a few days later once again this package i'd come back to my local post office and was now on its way to the buyer for the third time. I told the buyer on its way and for the third time.  Informed the buyer and at this point there was no delivery date it just said delayed. The buy then opens a case and funds are withheld. can understand the buyers frustration at this point, but it's also out of my hands. I dropped it off the next day. He could also see the tracking just as I could but would not acknowledge the tracking whatsoever. It was now a Wednesday  I said if it doesn't show up today , I'll overnight you another one. $200 concealer foundation. plus said would add in a bunch of extras for the inconvenience. The next morning still no delivery. So I packed up a box with another of the purchased items along with over $1000 retail value of high end cosmetics. Paid 45 to over night it and dropped it off. the next day I'm watching for it and I sent it UPS so there would be a picture I seen that it was delivered and look at the confirmation photo screenshot  and sent him a picture of it. Is this your front door it says delivered I wanna make sure? no answer no acknowledgement. I then see that the. Original box was delivered pretty much the same time. a few days later this guy tries to claim he said he's not received it. claiming that I used drop shipping I'm a scam etc etc. I asked him again to acknowledge the tracking. I said you can see the tracking every move. It's made since the day you bought it would not acknowledge any of it. I contacted eBay and told him exactly what happened. They said they look into it of which the case was closed in my favor not long after that's when I got the bad feedback, which is all nonsense. Essentially he was wanting to claim he never received and felt he was entitled to a refund of which though I was clearly not at fault i feel I want above and beyond to make it right. I literally sent him 100s of dollars worth of extra product plus he  received double of what he originally purchased. Cost me $45 to overnight it. Funds were held for weeks. Like what's the point if someone can just leave a feedback for blatant lies?
the other instance. Also and purchase of foundation. Same story buyer purchased item was shipped out and arrived on time. A few days later I get a feedback from the buyer stating I'm a scammer. That I sent her a small tube of cream or something with a picture of such item that she's tired of being scammed by "these people" etc. etc. etc. now first off. The item pictured she claims I sent her I've never seen nor sold in my life. I honestly thought she was mixing my order up with another one at first had to be how else cause I know what I said, and it was exactly what she purchased. We went back and forth and in The correspondence she said, and the foundation isn't even the right color, blah blah blah so I said I thought I thought you didn't receive the foundation? I said you know what if if the foundation wasn't the right color all you have to do is contact me and i Would've had no problem sending you another shade Free of charge. But But you wanna call me a scammer while you in fact, you are a scammer or not I. Forget it. She goes off on a rant, saying how I'm a scammer and she's gonna get me. You know you watch and I'm gonna get my money back and whatever. I contacted eBay they looked into it case was closed a couple hours later in my favor. Both of these feedbacks are unjust and I feel caused an the decline in sales I've experienced since. I don't get why these are allowed to remain.

Negative feedback

@bybybysellsellsell
Have you asked the ebay reps why the negative feedbacks have not been removed? Sometimes you need to try support a third or fourth time, because some reps just care about their call times and not customer resolutions. On a negative I received from a buyer A whole month after a sale I got a negative because He expected more than what he purchased. When i brought up the messages he sent me trying to extort me for more I asked the rep if he saw the messages and he responded he did and he would not remove the feedback because and I  quote "It was just the buyer's opinion."  there are facebook and twitter links you can try on the ebay main page, but the truth is you just have to find a rep willing to help.

@bybybysellsellsell   Nice try, trying to take the scenic route about the package going all over the place. A quick glance at your feedback shows the bigger picture. You have 6 negative feedbacks over the past 12 months, along with 2 neutrals. The complaints are all quite similar. I highly doubt every single one of those buyers is lying.

My advice is to take eBay seriously.

Nice try? What is it you are implying? not having perfect feedback then makes it ok for buyers to blatantly lie to mislead people?  And yes the package did take the scenic route. tracking is there for Buyer and seller to reference. You know whether An item has been shipped or not plain and simple. Of which their purchase was dropped off the following day, then proceeded to go from New Jersey to Florida and back three times. I just looked back to take a screenshot of the tracking, but it's not available any longer. I've had this happen 3 times this year a package being sent from my local post office to Philadelphia then back to my local post office then back out to Philadelphia then then to Arizona then back to Philadelphia then back to Arizona. Being told bh usps the package was most likely put in the wrong basket at some point Which doesn't explain much but that's what I was told Then another posting photos of a product I have never seen in my life claiming that's what I sent her and I am a scammer when the truth is she ordered the wrong shade Which could've easily been resolved as I said, I would've sent her for free another shade. their is only 1 legitimate neg. Feed back i have was a manufacturer refurbished piece of equipment that was part of a larger piece of equipment. Was in the org. box factory sealed accessories manual and certificate of quality control signed off and passed . Looked brand new . I had no way of testing it and said so in the description. But at the end of the day if it didn't operate correctly or whatever I have no way of knowing other the the buyers word. But that's not the case for the rest. The two remaining negative feedbacks for the same item. One buyer stating That she had been buying the product for years and they look fake. Product being glow recipe avocado eye melt. The other the buyer stating she didn't get what she orders she received and avocado eye melt mask. having dealt with this already having sold them on mercari  i stated in the description. This item is not the discontinued 50ml glow recipe avocado sleep mask sold previously by glow recipe. these are the 20ml glow recipe avacado eye melt that look identical to the sleep mask but are half the size. Aside from this. instead of acknowledging they simply purchased the items thinking they were the discontinued product due to Their lack of reading or knowing exactly what they're buying. No they've been buying the product for years and they are fake. And the other stating she received an eye mask not what she ordered. Like hellllo? sorry but that's not my fault or my problem whatsoever. If you want to return fine.  but a buyer shouldn not be allowed to blame the seller or claim they are selling fakes due to their own ignorance or lack of understanding exactly what it is they purchased.

"Two negative feedbacks i have. Of which  was not found at fault and cases were closed."

Feedback has nothing to do with "case closed" or who's fault.

Feedback is how the buyer felt about the transaction.

Negative feedback

I see so many things wrong in OP's posts, I don't even know where to start to respond.  Trying to read through those walls of text doesn't help, either.

I have no idea who is lying and who is not, but reading the OP's feedback would make me hesitant about buying from him.
