I am confused what your question actually is?

I'm not sure what your question is either.
If the jacket is real leather and the buyer is in error, you could respond to the negative feedback professionally with the facts since eBay won't remove the negative. Something like "Jacket is real leather, jacket returned, buyer was refunded." If it was fake and you weren't aware, you could respond with something like, "Made an honest error, buyer was refunded full price." And I'm sure others here would come up with better responses.
Otherwise, maybe someone will have some ideas about trying to get a feedback revision from the buyer.
And if this doesn't help, my apologies, I am just making a guess of what your intended question could be.

First, is it genuine leather? If it is, do you have receipts or documentation to substantiate it? I would call ebay back and try again to get it removed, citing your document. Buyer was not really stating an opinion, but an incorrect fact in her feedback. Generally, buyer opinions stand, but if you can authenticate your claim, perhaps that will sway the decision in your favor.
Is your buyer also a seller? Does she sell items like yours? Sometimes feedback can get removed if it appears a competitor left a false negative.
I see you are in Australia. Have you posted your concern on the Australian forum? Sometimes rules are different in different countries. I would post your issue there as well.
Good luck, hope it gets removed!

The feedback states that REAL LEATHER is the brand, but the item is fake leather.

Your only option would be to try and get the buyer to agree to feedback revision.
Loads of sellers are selling the exact same jacket, here in the UK too, and all the sellers are saying it's real leather, I don't think they all would be wrong, or lying, so it probably is real leather..

Its fake leather, or pleather. Not real at all. Negative earned.

Well let's think this through logically.
There are a lot of other sellers selling the exact same product. It seems very unlikely that a multitude of sellers would be willing to jeopardize their reputations (and beloved feedback scores) to all either flat out lie or be mistaken about the same product and the materials it's made out of it.
This leads me to believe that for whatever reason, the buyer here was very wrong in their estimation of the product.
And if that is the case, though I'm not sure how you could prove it, then the feedback is in fact more than just an opinion but in fact an incorrect statement about the item, is misleading, and therefore should be removed.

How can you sell real leather at that price point?
People can say whatever they want, and when they drop ship, they often all just copy and paste what the drop shipper tells them.

What price point?
I have a leather jacket, real leather, I bought about 10 years ago and it was under $100. I also have a $400 leather jacket I got 20 years ago but I don't wear anymore because I never went to get the inside cloth part re-done which was shredded.
There are all different qualities of 'real' leather.

Incorrect statements aren’t grounds for feedback removal and if the jacket isn’t leather then the OP shouldn’t be listing them as such. It’s absurd to point the finger at the buyer and say their assumption was incorrect when the seller is the one who should know what they are selling and describe it correctly.

These are new leather jackets. They aren't jackets that were bought years ago, and they're all listed for under $100. Some for well under.

Yes I bought a leather jacket, brand new, for under $100 from a store. I still have it, it's a high quality item. So the price is not any indicator.

So it's more realistic to believe numerous sellers are listing an item and don't know what it's made of? Wouldn't they all have negative feedback then for misrepresenting this product?

That has nothing to do with the buyer though. If they look at YOUR listing and it says the jacket is leather, it doesn’t matter what 1000 other sellers selling the same jacket have on their listing. As a buyer I am not going to look at the same dang item listed by multiple sellers, look at their feedback and then decide to buy from you. If I’m looking at your listing, I don’t care what some other seller says on his listings or what his feedback for the same item says.
FWIW it sounds like all of these sellers are dropshipping and using the same generic description. Whether or not they have negs for fake leather is not relevant to the OP if his jacket is pleather.
