Why can´t I as a seller leave negative feedback on a byuer? They can triet me like **bleep** and call what ever they want and give me a negative feedback. I have had great problems with a customer from minute one. She has sent me rude messages, day by day for weeks, refused to pay and BID ME FOR MONEY. Gave me a negative feedback and called me "a garbage-like human". And I have to take all that without giving that person a negative feedback.  It´s not fair. 

Thank´s I´m done with Ebay.

It's never wise to fight someone that has a gun when all you have is a stick.  Use your stick and file the unpaid item case if they didn't pay. 

Sorry to say, but you also committed policy violations with the false positive you gave them.

If an unpaid item case is filed and the buyer doesn't pay then they can't leave FB once the case closes.

It is because of sellers like you that eBay removed the option to leave negative negative.

Did you consider even looking at the Seller Information Center or the A-Z Index of the Site Map prior to listing on eBay?

The FALSE POSITIVE Feedback you left for your non payer is a selling violation.

That & your reply to the negative will make buyers avoid you like the plague.

How does the ability to leave negative feedback help you or other sellers?

You have dug the hole now it is up to you to get out of it.

Smart sellers open & close Unpaid Item Disputes & use their Blocked Bidder List.

It is not difficult to use the tools that eBay provides.

I still wonder why I as a seller can´t leave a negative feedback. A byer can do as much damage as they want and still they have no negative feedbacks. Actually, I don´t care any longer, because I´m not going to sell on Ebay again. But there are others than me. And I want to know the reason.

Why can't you leave negs for buyers?  Because ebay says so and it's their sandbox. 

They believe negs are threatening to the buying experience and they want to keep the most buyers buying on ebay that they can.

Leaving a comment such as "I REALLY regret I could not satisfy this Buyer"......speaks volumes about you as a seller in a good way as well as casting considerable doubt about the buyer comments..... and works to YOUR advantage much more than casting aspersions on them.
