Anybody have experience with this? I won a case in which ebay ruled in my favor because buyer used freight forwarding service which annulled their buyer protection and also ebay's money back guarantee. The customer representative that who closed the case for me during our chat specifically said the buyer wouldn't be able to leave any feedback. Well now the buyer left negative feedback and I've been going around calling and chatting for the past 2 days without any progress on the feedback removal. Any tips or advice or experiences with this?

Keep trying. Under policy, if a case is ruled in your favor, the buyer shouldn’t be able to leave any feedback afterwards. I’m not sure, but I believe the feedback the buyer leaves should remove itself automatically.

In my experience, you stand a good chance of getting wrong info from reps. One reason this might happen is the rep is new and hasnt quite got all policies down enough to correctly state policy. Much like myself who wants to keep up with Ebays policies for sellers as well as buyers, and tries to help out posters as much as possible but sometimes my wires cross and I give out incorrect information, but when corrected, it leaves an impression and makes learning the right info easier to stick.
The rep may have just mistakenly misspoke
