Need To Reactivate Listings

cady03

Ebay removed all my listings in July because they needed a checking account number to disburse my payout.   I recently opened a checking account and submitted the required account numbers they requested.   However, Ebay is claiming none of my listings can now be restored because the account was closed for more than 90 days and that they are no longer in their system.  (For health reasons, I addressed their request as soon as I was able.)  Is my only option to recreate all listings from scratch?   I didn't owe them money.  They owed me money and now they're telling me that there's nothing they can do.  I can't believe that Ebay is unable to retrieve and repost my listings.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Need To Reactivate Listings

It is true that eBay listings remain on the site for only 90 days (sometimes a few days longer) after they are ended. Then they are purged, so are not recoverable. If you have any item numbers, you may be able to retrieve a few that are older than 90 days that have not yet been purged, but that is a long shot.

So, yes, you would need to start all over again. 😞
