Hi, today i sold 5 stuffs to 5 different buyers through ebay and then i use ebay to generate the labels in bulks. However, when i click on pay for shipment, the system shows problem with payment, and i didn't generate the labels at first. Then i click on pay again, and this time everything works as normal and i get my 5 labels ready. But the thing is that when i look at paypal, paypal had charged the shipping payment twice. I called the paypal and discuss the issue, but they said i have to void the label in order to get refund. But on ebay, i only have those 5 labels, and i can't void that. I didn't get extra label for the double payment. What can i do to solve this issue? Thanks for all your help.
