NEW SALE FORMAT

Under the marketing tab, I use all the time for  a sale.  Now I can't put items on sale for a week anymore, they seem to be forcing me to put them on for a month. Seems to be a new layout.

it will not allow me to adjust the date, what is up with this, i do not want my sale items running for a month?  any ideas??

I'm not having trouble adjusting the date with the new sale format. I just created a week long sale two days ago.

My first suggestion is to try a different browser and see if the same issue occurs @dahlias4sale . If you're able to successfully adjust the date with a different browser, then it may be something as simple as clearing cache/cookies on your regular browser to fix it.

Ok did that, that was not the problem, apparently my visual font size was too big, when I lowered the font size the month date calendar showed up and allowed me to change date.  So thank you

eBay didn't end 7 or 10 day listings - only 3 or 5 day

Are you referring to duration of auction format listings @oaklandmaryland ?

Just trying to follow as I don't see what you're describing in relation to the original post which is about discounts / sale events.

Ah, glad you figured it out. You never mentioned in your first post that the end date calendar was missing entirely so changing your browser's zoom settings makes sense. I was under the impression you just couldn't select the date, not that the calendar was missing. Very important to describe what's happening for more accurate assistance. 🙂
