My store is empty

I am an experienced seller at Ebay. My recent sales went down, but I didn't pay attention first, until one of my customers said that my store was empty. Then I checked myself in a different browser w/o login and that was confirmed . All my sales are international and I also offer free worldwide shipping with only few exclusions.  Please, help me to resolve this situation.

I see 72 listings in the US.

I can see 48 listings in your store that have a total of 72 items available.  Part of your problem might be that your account was created in Morocco but your items are showing as from multiply locations?  Mostly New York but some just say United States and some say China.

So buyers from different regions might see different things based on your shipping settings.

You are in Morocco, drop shipping from China, but not shipping to Morocco, at least on a couple of listing I see.........

I see 164 items here in the US in looking at See other items, but a different number in your store.

When I shipping destination to China, I see different #s...........

Shipping to UK, I see different #'s

If you sign in on US, you will see your items, but because some, at least, don't ship to Morocco, ebay will not show those items to you because you don't ship there.

I would guess your shipping options are not consistent............. but there may be other reasons for the differences..........

I think because you changed the store name recently and used the old link.

Thank you for your response, i appreciate it. I think it's true what you said. I called ebay about this problem, they told me in 24 hours everything will be good.
