My store appears empty! Where have my 200+ items gone?

Howdy!

I went to my store today, and found that nothing is in it.  The only thing under the "shop" category is a click bar to "search all items", which is useless when ones wishes to see all the items in the first place, and doesn't know what to type if they don't know what I have!  So I tried typing in "mirros", because I have several listed, and is one of my store categories.  It said I have nothing listed under this category!

Anyone have a clue what is going on with this?  How do I get my items visible again?  Thanks in advance for any advice!

Your shop is on Time Away mode until August 1st.

The seller is away until Fri, Aug 01, 2025. Expect a delay in delivery until they return.

I see no active listings on ebay.com

Your store isn't empty, the lights are on but nobody's home.

It looks like you put your store on time away and halted sales. That will cause your listings to disappear. Go into time away from your HUB, or your store, and turn it off. They should reappear but it may take up to a day to do so.

Besides just "looking in your store" you don't know how to see what items you have listed?

This is basic stuff that all sellers should know.

My Ebay > Selling

This will bring you to your seller hub.

Then click on "active listings".

When you choose to be on Time Away, you can select whether you want your items to still show up or not.  So, FYI, if you want to be on Time Away but have your items still show up, that is doable, you just need to change the setting.

Re: My store appears empty! Where have my 200+ items gone?

Thanks everyone for the answer!!  Should have been obvious to me, but I never realized that nothing could be seen when I was on time away (I just thought folks could see, but couldn't buy!).

Hi inhawaii....what I meant was if a customer landed in the store, and was asked to search for an item, if they don't know what I have, how can they search for it?  Of course *I* know what's in there, ha ha!

My inventory usually appears listed within an hour but I won't have sales for at least a day or two.

When you set up Time Away, you have options.  Clearly for you, you chose not to have your items show up.  Look at the settings carefully so you can see the options you have.
