My item is being resold

it was denied entry to china at ebays kentucky global shipping ct (for those who do NOT use global

the item is not in china it is inspected in kentucky)

another seller has it:

he is not only using my photos he is selling MY item there is no other one...on the planet

it is a (failed) prototype designed by one man there are no others...NONE  i know this as fact.

the seller also copies my description tweeking it slightly.

how does this happen?

ebay says they are "investigating," not to sound sarcastic (ok i am) that usually means i can't find a solution on my screen so i'm forwarding this to somebody else

This is one of the reasons my pictures are what they are. If you look at my listings. No one would use my pictures. If I get paid on the item, I don't care what happens to it after that.

Absolutely right.  And every one of them would be listed as "antique" and described as "RARE!"
