In this field what is the correct format for keywords, can I do double words, phrases, can I use coma insert multiple words in 1 line? 

I sell variety of auto parts  plus different models , and just 8 keywords I don't think thats enought ...

I sell children's clothing and here's a piece of mine. I tried to cram important words of each item I sell but it wouldn't let me repeat more than a couple times.
