I know a half of dozen ID's that are not following policy on fixed and auctions just from yesterday. Was listing my items and search to see the going rates, tons of fixed listings with same price, title and item. That's not even counting the ones the put #1,#2,#3 behind titles to trick the bots.
What I meant by not making sense is I've seen a few start a auction for a penny, quick bid then another for a penny, 8-10 times, if they go by auction policy, still floods market.
