Hello,
I'm trying to understand this multi user account on eBay. I've got most of it down and I like the concept, but I'm having trouble with how users are supposed to be able to respond to messages and questions. It looks like they need to use the main account to respond to people and provide customer service. So what's the point of them logging into their own account if they can't provide that basic necessity? They still need to log into the main account for any messages which defeats the whole purpose for them to have their own account.
