Mouse Over Zoom Not Working

Is anyone else having an issue with Mouse Over Zoom feature not working for your listings? My most recent listings and several from last week do not have this feature working.  I called eBay and customer service is referring it to Technical.  I was told it will take A MONTH to fix the problem!! This is such an important feature, especially for small items. NOT happy.

I have had that issue for about a month.  I never saw any other posts about it, so I figured it was just my laptop.  I noticed it about the same time my selling page got changed and I didn't change it!  If any information is out there about when the zoom will come back, please post.  Thank you

How big are the pictures you uploaded to those listings?

If I remember correctly the pics must be at least 800 pixels on the longest side for the enlarge feature to work.

You have four images, one zooms the other three do not.

As mentioned by another poster the ones that don't zoom are just above the minimum (legal) eBay size but only by a small amount.

Originally anything over the minimum size of 500px would zoom but I do think eBay increased the size requirement for zoom somewhat, while keeping the actual minimum size the same.

I can zoom on all 4, but I’m on smartphone if that makes a difference.

But I am guessing that it is the smart phone screen doing the zooming (finger flick) not eBay's actual zoom feature. In other words you can make ANYTHING zoom.

As another poster said, the picture MUST be over 800 pixels on at least one side.

Mine are all working correctly.

Thank you so much!! That is definitely the issue. Shocking (not) that eBay customer service didn't know the answer. Thank you to everyone who replied.
