My monthly limits have dropped from 1000 products to 3 products for sale a month, I do not know how it happened and why, with anyone know what the reason is I would love to know And how can I return to the monthly limit of 1000 products per month?

Did you take a break from selling? If it has been a while, you are most likely considered a new seller again and will have to work your way back up.
