It's been a few months since I started selling and my sales items are only showing up at 10. Should I apply for this increase? Or does it increase automatically?

You can request an increase. However, I believe the transactions all have to be noted as positive outcomes (received, described, timely shipping). Since you're drop shipping from China, you may run into some problems with what I just stated. Give it a try and see if they'll increase your limits. Good luck.
