Monthly Limits

THE monthly selling limits or YOUR monthly selling limits?

The answer is: Ask ebay for a increase.

Hmmmm..........

Another newbie that wants to drop ship and raise their listing limits before ever listing anything ?!

It's not worth the breath.......you won't listen anyway.

Like hundreds before you, you will post as many drop shipping listings as you can and then not know what to do when something sells.

Drop shipping will only get you in trouble and get your account suspended.

DON'T DO IT.

First you need to start selling and get at least 30 days of selling stuff.

When a seller desires to increase their selling limits, they are allowed to request an increase once every 30 days. Mark your calendar and every 30 days request an increase until you have your selling limit well above anything you think you will ever need. Below is a link to where you can go to ask for a selling limit increase. It is the third option in the link below.

You need to list and sell something first.  Why do want to increase your limits? You have nothing listed and no sales.

Better go here first before you start selling:

Start by listing one item.

Wouldn't it be a good idea for the OP to list and sell something first before asking for an increase?

It takes more than that.  They need to be selling for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a selling limit increase.

So you are saying that they should NOT start by listing one item?

I apologize for any confusion.  I thought my statement was clear, but I will try again.  You need to be selling for at least 30 days before you can request an increase in your selling limit.  If you only sell one item during that period, it is unlikely that Ebay will increase your selling limit.  They need some history of your performance as a seller to determine if they are willing to raise selling limits.

I thought my statement was clear too. You can't progress to any sort of level in eBay unless you list your first item. That is where you start. That is where all of us started. I have no idea why you chose to correct me with your comment. If you want to make a comment, make a comment, but there is no need for you to correct me when I am already correct.

Mam was not incorrect!

It takes more than selling one item to get listing limits increased.

I was not incorrect either. Listing one item is where you start. That is the truth. If you never list your first item, you will never progress on eBay. I didn't try to correct her, she corrected me. She had no cause to correct me. She can comment all she wants, but she should direct it to the OP and leave me out of it.

I did not mean to upset you.  However simply posting one listing will not enable the OP to do what they are asking us here how to do and that is raise their selling limits.  You are absolutely correct that we all start by posting our first listing for sale, it just takes more than that for the OP to accomplish what they desire to do.

I never said it would enable anything. Please try to read a comment before responding. All I said is that is where you start.
