Money from PayPal

I sold an Item about a month ago. I know PaPal must hold the payment for ...21 days? I think it is time now. So I need to know.

e-Bay says, "Payment was initiated on Mar 02, 2020 and is being processed through PayPal." And Paypal directs me to contact e-bay. There is no one there to personally respond to my inquiry

Anyone here know anything. It's been 3 days since I tried to contact PayPal, not on ensigns person responded. Is it that complicated?

What does your PayPal account say about the transaction?

Nothing.. Maybe I am not able to see it or go to a particular page on  PayPal and see it.

It should show as pending funds in your balance

If you mean to see the balance on the account Summary page, no.. Nothing..

Is there anywhere else I need to look? I don't think so.. but hen I am not a very technically savvy perron.. Maybe I am not just seeing it. I know they have to put a hold on certain amount and this is not about  $50 or $100. But it's been over 3 weeks now. 

Anyway.. Thank you so very much for talking with me about this.. 

I will wait and see what happens. Nothing else I can do.

Go to PP account.

Click on "activity"

If nothing there.......   go to the ebay listing to see if where the money was sent to seeif you had the correct info to get it to "your" PP..

Was it the $1250 camera? When it sold, did PayPal say “ok to ship”? Did you see the $ in your account then?

If there is no payment in your Pay Pal account, you haven't been paid.

The funds will be put on hold, but the transaction will still be in your Pay Pal account.

Check the listing and make sure you entered the correct email address.

I don't see my money in the activities. All I see is things I bought using PayPal.

That doesn't mean to ship the item.

Before shipping, always log into your Pay Pal account and make sure the payment is there and Pay Pal says it's ok to ship.

in an email?  It's a favorite scam to send a fake email saying the item has been paid, so mail.....that's the reason people are asking if it shows up in your paypal account.
