Has anyone noticed listings disappear from their actives that have not sold? I'm missing about 45 in the last couple of hours. I haven't sold anything or ended anything. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.
Yep, noticed my listing count was off by 1. And my total listed was off by enough for me to narrow it down to a certain price, then I quickly found what was missing. 1 out 0f 76 listings disappeared.
I'm in my seller hub and go to my active listings. 2 hours or so ago It said I had 834 actives and now it says 788. Haven't sold anything in that time span or taken any listings down. That's why I confused. Some active listings are gone, so i don't have any links those items.
Why? 1st thought in my conspiracy theorist head was they are holding off showing sales till after midnight to delay processing payments till next weeks payroll, uhm paycheck....i mean pay out. 🙂 Anything that sells today, I'd normally get paid for this Wednesday. Tomorrow's sales wont process in time. A little across the board for all sellers and their cash flow improves. lol
Noticed that I lost 2 and will probably lose 2 more soon. They seem to be ones that show an end date of the 29th, 30th and 31st but are actually ending today because of the short month.
I called EBay this morning, got the usual standard canned response. First we have to make sure it not a user problem. I'd say by the # of people losing listings Houston - EBay has a problem. I screened shot the next 2 days of listings so when EBay comes back with weak apology and says : you'll have to redo all the listings from scratch ... - Thank you for choosing EBay " It's mess. I'm down 100+ listings at the moment
