Ebay customer service really wanted to get you off the phone.  Must have been time for lunch.

Pee break: Urgent.

@chart300  Write to the seller of your item.

@chart300

The seller isn't here.

Go to your purchase history and contact the seller from there.

Have a great day.

Your seller is not here, not can you post their ID on this forum.  Go to your purchase  history & contact them that way.

Re: Missing item

     That sounds like some baloney advice eBay customer support would give you to get you off the phone. A couple of questions.

1. When did you purchase the item?

2. Where is your seller located? You do realize much of the southeast was devastated by Helene.

3. What was the sellers handling time and what is the estimated delivery time?

     Others advice regarding contacting your seller is valid hopefully they are in a position to respond.

     OP post was valid they just phrased the question the wrong way.

Re: Missing item

Not really, especially with the understanding of the other post about it.  They're trying to reach the seller, not get advice.

     Only saw one post. I guess it's a matter of interpretation personally I didn't see anything wrong with the post other than they didn't ask the right question and failed to provide some key pieces of information. One of the repercussions of the current eBay customer support giving out false information or advice.
