That sounds like some baloney advice eBay customer support would give you to get you off the phone. A couple of questions.
1. When did you purchase the item?
2. Where is your seller located? You do realize much of the southeast was devastated by Helene.
3. What was the sellers handling time and what is the estimated delivery time?
Others advice regarding contacting your seller is valid hopefully they are in a position to respond.

Not really, especially with the understanding of the other post about it. They're trying to reach the seller, not get advice.

Only saw one post. I guess it's a matter of interpretation personally I didn't see anything wrong with the post other than they didn't ask the right question and failed to provide some key pieces of information. One of the repercussions of the current eBay customer support giving out false information or advice.
