I went to edit some items in a store category and several of my categories are missing. I went into my store - the categories are there with 300+ items, rebooted computer, tried another browser, checked some items in that category and they are listed in that store category. Finally called ebay; after 10+ minutes on hold and talking to several people they now have said that it's a "known issue" but nothing is on the tech page. Anyone else missing store categories all the sudden? Strange because it was 4 categories I was just working in today....
I sell clothes and they are set up by type: Shirts, Pants, Jeans, Jackets, etc. So I have a lot. Anyway, I am looking at other posts and seems it is an issue. Fingers crossed they can get it fixed.
Others are reporting this. See this thread where I tagged eBay reps for assistance - hopefully they'll come back with a response before end of day. If not, we may have to wait until Monday for a reply.
In the meantime I encourage you to report the issue to customer service, or use the comments link on your active listings page to report the error that way.
