I gave out a card and let a potential customer know I've got a few thousand listings and they contacted me back with; 'you've only got 770 listings available'. That was a rude awakening. I've tried everything for eBay to take this seriously and put my ads back up. They are good till sold and I've got proof via BBB and phone customer service, written verification that they just don't know what happened to them. There's a website online that can go back through the years on any store in which I looked up mine and the last time I had all my ads was around November 2022. Can you imagine I've been selling for 16 years and I never thought this could happen, no resolution in sight, BBB didn't solve it, so what's next? Is anyone else having this issue? It has damaged my income and I thought it was COVID.
