Missing Active Listings

Hi all, Happy Saturday! I logged into Ebay this morning & noticed my active listings are missing.

When I log in, I usually load the seller hub screen & then click on active listings or I just log into Ebay & click on "sell" & all my listings will  come up.

However, there seems to be a glitch this morning at 8:58 am ET time.

The only way for me to see my listings is to click on my screen name. I can no longer see how many watchers & all the numerical data as before. Is anyone else having this issue?

Here is a picture of what I see in my active listings.Active Listings Missing.png

Re: Missing Active Listings

I can see my listings again. I called Ebay customer service & they were able to trouble shoot & helped me to see them.

In the 19 years I have been with Ebay, their customer service has always been awesome. I really must admit that. The agents are consistently helpful & the level of service is excellent.

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques Its good to be back! It was weird to look at a blank page, where my listings used to be. I had never seen that type of problem either.

@silverstatetreasureboxes  Awww, thank you. Truly appreciate that. : )

Re: Missing Active Listings

I get that a lot, all over the internet and not just here, when my internet is being stupid. I have to refresh the page, sometimes several times.

All these companies have started designing websites with the assumption that the people using the website has decent internet. I can assure you that's not the case.  I have DSL, right now I'm connecting at 650Kbps...that's 0.65 Mbps. That's dial up speed. That's normal. That's a shame. I have an AT&T fiber line literally 150 ft from my front door and can't get fiber internet.  Starlink can't get here fast enough.

(sorry for the off tangent hijack, my sluggish internet is making me cranky)

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Re: Missing Active Listings

@southern*sweet*tea  Hi! I am glad you are off tangent & are hijacking this thread. I can help you with your internet issue.  I am so glad you posted about it. I think it was borderline destiny that you do it.

My parents had a similar issue at their house. At&t put in copper lines in their area & stopped at the end of their street. I am not sure how many feet it was exactly but, my parents could not get the new technology fiber optics fast speed internet at their home. However, their neighbors up the street could.

The good news is, you can get it with a little bit of effort. My mom called At&t, spoke to numerous agents & then asked to speak to a Supervisor. She was able to get At&t out to her street & they ran a line up to my parents house. The technician then installed one of their latest modem/ routers called the BGW 320. It runs high MBPS & is super fast.

My parents are currently on the plan of 300 MBPS a month. I run a speed test often for them. They are running about 260 MBPS at all times. If they wanted to spend more each month, they could increase to the 1000 MBPS plan but, they are not interested.  For their needs, 300 MBPS is just fine.

Call At&t back & ask to speak to a Supervisor, ask if they can come out & run a line to your house. They might have to dig on a neighbors property to do it. However, its worth a try. Don't suffer one more day with that turtle dial up anymore. Hope that helps you. Let me know what happens. : )

The At&t agents might give you a hard time at first. Insist on speaking to a Supervisor.
