Micro Deposits

I sold 5 items back in May and received a payout for 1 item. Then ebay said I needed to verify my bank account with two micro deposits. I'm familiar with this verification process. I await the micro deposits but they don't show up. I waited 7 days then called an ebay agent. They said that the did show up and that I should check to see if they are there at the dates they mentioned. I double tripled checked and no the payments aren't there so I can't verify my account and get paid for the other 4 items. I called again and they said to call my bank and request ACH transactions to be enabled. Which ofc they are enabled I have dozens of ACH labeled entries. I call the bank and they say the haven't received any micro payments at the dates they specified. I call back ebay again and they said the micro deposits are on their way and should be there within 2-4 days (now over a month later). I've tried to get these micro deposits 3 times and this is the 5 day after the 3rd time and they still aren't showing up. I've used this account for over 10 years and never had an issue until these last two months. Anyone have an idea of how to proceed? TLDR: ebay wants me to verify account but the micro payments aren't showing up after 3 attempts

If eBay is seeing the microdeposits arrive, and your bank is not seeing them, verify again that you have listed the correct account numbers when requesting the micro deposits.

In my experience fiddling with micro-deposits retries, only one request is allowed every 30 days.

In the third month, I ended up adding a new bank account (the exact same account) to replace the earlier account and went through the entire verification process again.

Try get a new online checking account and link the new account to ebay managed payments see if that works. I use a separate account just for ebay.

To verify that my credentials are input correctly ebay only shows me the "Bank account ending in ####". The numbers displayed are correct. I did as an aside get paid for the first item which in my mind should verify (on a personal level) that at least the account and routing numbers are correct. As per your suggestion, I just attempted to add the same bank account and I got an error message that reads: "We couldn't verify this bank account. Please select a different payment method."

Would this solution incorporate asking my bank to add another account on top of my original account? In addition to the checking and savings account there would be a third checking account? I just want to double check I understand correctly. Or is this a completely different account with the same bank that has a separate account number?

Is this a true checking account, and not some sort of debit-card backed account or a hybrid account posing as a checking account?

It's a true checking account - and the same account I've used since 2011.

That's where I got stuck and had to wait 30 days.

I suppose I could wait another month though it does feel a little strange. Are you suggesting to wait 30 days and then attempt to add the same account again? Do you think there is anything an ebay agent could do to speed up the process? My concern is that I wait the 30 days and still be at the same place I'm in now only it's 30 days later. Same thing happened to me this morning and six hours later still no micro deposits that hit my bank. Thank god my payouts have already hit the bank. I just sold an item but I'm not printing a label or shipping it until I see the micro deposit. Weird is I've been using this same bank account for years on Ebay. 

I feel bad for the buyer as I may need to cancel his order.

I just cancelled all my listings and refunded two ebayers for purchases. I don't want to be in the same boat as some of you.

July 21st I received an email Titled: We Sent Your Payout. It's claiming they have now sent me the amount that I was trying to get almost 3 months ago to the bank account that they are still claiming needs to be updated. I was about to initiate the re-adding of my same bank account a month later as @shipscript  suggested (this Saturday). If the funds land in my account in the 1-3 business days as this email claims they will, then I guess all is well. But, I think I'll still be re-adding my same bank account for future sales. I would hate to do this all over again.
