You could try, depending on  what you are using, another browser, a reboot or a virus scan.  That doesn't sound like an eBay problem necessarily.

There's a limit to the number of messages per day you can send. I don't know the magic number but perhaps you reached it.

Thank you. Seems like it was a temp glitch. Worked when I tried again. I was using chrome. Glad it wasn't ebay.
