Message To Customer Blocked Offensive Language.

I was chatting with a customer about dogs. She lost her dog, and we were just discussing them. My dog that I mentioned was a Shih Tzu   My message wouldn’t go through and I got this message 

Threats and offensive language policy. Said it had offensive language. AI didn’t grasp it was a breed of dog.

Shih Tzus are never offensive!  Just more AI nonsense.  Once their AI "learns" that a Shih Tzu is a breed of dog, or not the correct spelling for that 4 letter word, your message should go through.  A major PIA! 

*** Notice that here on the forum, one is allowed to to mention a Shih Tzu

Maybe you could try expressing it as "Tzu, Shih"? 😉

If it is getting blocked, then you can bet that someone, sometime, tried it use it as a euphemism for a naughty phrase.
