I just received a BO in some vintage bowls I have listed for 19.99. This person offered 17.00. Im ok with that. However im
pretty sure I didn't offer BO in my listing but the email looked official like ones I have received before. So I accepted without a problem. Then checked out her profile and find she is in Japan. All my setting in eBay and PayPal are set no international. Shipping is clearly marked on my end and PayPal is set to not accept anything other the USA pp account. So how did this go through? She hasn't paid yet and I emailed her and told her I don't ship international. No reply yet. When is it ok to cancel the sale? Better before she pays correct?
thanks
Robin

And now with this new promotion Ebay's enticing sellers to step up and list their over $50 items for a slight discount on the FVF. Ebay must see that their profits are not meeting their numbers and need sellers to get out their good stuff so ebay can make more. I hope new sellers cross their t's and dot their i's so they are not scammed out of more money with higher value items.

Lol it does at mine because I do it very very rarely. And my son does it sometimes.
