I was having problems with the markdown manager yesterday and went to the "Technical Issues" board, they have others having the same problem.
I was trying to put a 10% sale on all my items. It looked like I set it all up right, but then it kept saying "pending" even though I said "start now". Then after 10 minutes or so it would say "processing" and be stuck there and would show zero items. I did it two times.
Then I remembered someone telling me to do a bulk edit (if you only have a few items you can just revise those). Edit your items (or revise if single), you don't have to change anything and then save. I'm not sure what this does, but sometimes it fixes the glitch.
Any way 3rd time (after the bulk edit, not sure if that was it or it was actually looked at because I posted to the tech board) it finally worked, it just took a little longer than usual. Something must be wrong with it, but you may want to post on the tech board.
