Managed Payment Issue

I was forced to enroll into the eBay Managed Payments for sellers like everyone else and now my money is stuck with eBay for the last two months. I did update my bank account and even checked with my bank and everything looks right on my end. But every time eBay tries to pay me they cannot and ends up sending me an email telling me to update my bank account. I find that reaching out to customer service is hopeless as they have little to no capability of changing things and I cannot reach anyone from finance.

 

This is the fifth time that I've updated my account details and still they haven't transferred my money to my account. I am incredibly frustrated and just had a horrible experience with a customer service rep. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me it will take 24 - 48 hours for a supervisor to get back to me. I would like to hear from other sellers and discuss ways around this backwards system that works against the sellers and if anyone knows whom I should reach to resolve this issue.

I have seen sellers have trouble if their eBay-registered name does not exactly match the name on their bank account (i.e. including middle initial, etc.).

I had the middle initial problem when I started.  Once I corrected that, I got the you're all set email.   Update your name with ebay to match exactly your bank information.  Since ebay did not provide a spot to put in my middle initial, I added my initial to my first name with a space in between.  Example:   John P (first name box) then space and my last name was in the second box.  Worked fine after that.
