Look, this buyer left a lot of negative feedback on different seller's accounts in just two days. I want to report her at the point, which is "malicious negative reviews" from her, to eBay's offline specialist. Her feedbacks intentionally are harmful comments, exaggerated or unfair written with the aim of damaging a business's reputation.
Is there any way to report her to the account department?

I was too late to be able to see the buyer's feedback left for others. I understand that it was quite entertaining. If you feel like it, would you please send me a private email with the name of the buyer. It is fine if you don't want to, I'm just the curious type.
Now to your problem. Your best defense to get that feedback removed is the fact that the buyer is abusing the feedback system. That is against the rules.
If this were my situation, I would do as @brightlightbookseller suggested and report the buyer. Make sure you tell them that the buyer's FB left for others is extremely abusive to many sellers.
Then I would contact Ebay on Facebook and tell them about this issue, that the buyer is abusing the FB system, ask them to review the buyer's FB for others and request that the FB be removed. You can ask for the FB to be removed from an online link in Seller Help, but it may be more effective to contact Ebay directly.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Boy am I glad I got to this post before the ID gets scrubbed from here.
BTW, I hate it when someone says something like “I got an XL, but it’s not an XL size” especially when I plaster my size chart measurements in numerous areas of my listing and constantly direct buyers to “Buy according to size chart measurements”.
I like the buyer’s verbiage about being “out gas money to deliver the shirt back” lol. They are going to drive the shirt all the way back to the seller themselves?

Lol I’m liking the buyer’s comments. Apparently one seller virtually slapped her husband in the face. I can’t believe the seller did that, especially to a veteran. (Don’t get me started on buyers who disclose they are veterans in their negative feedbacks).

I think that this buyer is a very unhappy person and she is buying and buying (probably things she can't even afford since she says she doesn't have gas money) in an effort to make herself feel better. When she receives the items, they don't make her feel better, she regrets the purchase for whatever reason, so she takes it out on the seller.
In my 28 years on eBay, I think I have only left one negative for a seller and I felt guilty for doing that. I can't imagine leaving negative after negative for sellers. And I have never understood, when a buyer receives so many things they are unhappy with and leaves so many negatives for, why they keep buying anyway. If I had that much bad luck with buying on eBay or any other online venue, I would quit and buy local.

Sorry for your situation. Unfortunately the customer left their experience with the item they purchased from you, so most likely it will not be removed. Her post reads to me that the customer doesn't know how to separate their personal feelings from a business transaction. Somewhat immature. I'm sure you would have made things right for this person had they reached out and contacted you first concerning their issue & leaving a negative. Again, very sorry. Look at this way, you have so many more customers who are singing your praises, so why don't you let the be your focus? You've got a nice shop and I seriously doubt this one negative experience is going to taint your glowing reputation. Shake it off and move on.
Happy Selling

You want to report her? Why?
On your "about" page, you write: "I admire a free-spirited, all-American attitude."
The buyer in question is -- in the context of the USA in 2024 -- the very embodiment of same.
Mental illness is a serious problem in our great country.
In any event, the market will determine who works with her. Some people will likely block her. I presume you have.
My advice, for what little its worth: mind your own business. At a very minimum, you will not be on eBay's radar, and that is a GOOD thing.
She already is -- by virtue of that spate of negatives.
(PS: in her negative feedback on your page, she wrote, "The seller is offering a return." And then goes on to explain how her illness manifests. I would not worry about the negative, quite frankly.)
regards

What the bleep does her broken necklace have to do with her husband serving in Desert Storm?? 🤣

Since no one else has provided the link yet, if you really want to try and report the buyer you do that here: https://spd.ebay.com/RBASellerHub
It's based on your transaction, but you decide what to list in the report.

@gquan1098
I just looked at the item for which she left your negative and it looks like it was a Coach tshirt for $109.00. Just curious, did she ever file a return claim (doesn't look like it since she gave all the excuses for not being able to return it, including no gas money), or did she just leave the negative? And it looks like the negative she left you is a cut-and-paste word-for-word from another one she left for another seller.
This is one buyer that has me baffled. If she is spending all this money on items that she is not happy with, is she returning them? Surely she can't afford to just "eat" them. Or, perhaps the items she is buying are actually just fine but she is leaving negatives anyway to bring the sellers down to her unhappy level.

If I was a buyer, and saw that negative feedback, it would not deter me from buying at all. Item didn't fit? Seller offered returns? Got nothing to worry about from this seller.
Not sure I could rock a pink Coach t-shirt though. Even in an XL.

Just another buyer suffering from MNFS...Malicious Negative Feedback Syndrome.
Make a funny face in their general direction and then block them.
Blowing snot out your nose while making the funny face is optional, but encouraged.
A "Goofy Grape" type face is suggested, but the choice is yours.
Good ruck.

Yes, she requested a return, and I accepted it. Currently, she will not return it (She wants to keep it). I don't know why she left a bad review. That's unfair to me because she double-checked the actual size and item before I shipped it out.

Yes, I agree with you. I will move on, just try my best to do my small business. Thank you for your comment, I learn a lot from you. ❤️💕

THIS alone should be a compelling reason for eBay to take a close look at this buyer. Cut-and-paste positives are one thing, but NEGATIVES???? Seems like a handy way to streamline an approach of partial refund fishing for ALL purchases.
