Malicious negative feedback

Look, this buyer left a lot of negative feedback on different seller's accounts in just two days. I want to report her at the point, which is "malicious negative reviews" from her, to eBay's offline specialist. Her feedbacks intentionally are harmful comments, exaggerated or unfair written with the aim of damaging a business's reputation.

Is there any way to report her to the account department?

What is the status of the INAD she opened?  Did it close in your favor because they didn't return the item?  This is important.  What is the status?

My apologies- That is the first time i ever received a complaint about the packaging, you should have come to me first and i would rectify the situation- Ebay is the last one you turn to if there are problems- Could you please retract the negative feedback- I will send you another one at no charge- not that one it was the only one I had
