I’m a little business selling watches. I can’t carry a lot of stock in case it doesn’t sell.

Ebay have decided that 9 times I run out stock , when in fact I wasn’t able to sell the particular watch 9 times because EBay banned me from selling these watches, and now penalisation.  I was heading for 100% across the board I would’ve been well above average if not for this .

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHO WOULD BE THE BEST PERSON TO TALK TO,  BECAUSE IM BEING VICTIMISED LEFT , RIGHT. AND CERTAIN, they're always on my case about  something.           HELP HELP HELP

You are in the UK and from what I can tell do not ship to the US.  This is the US board, best to post on the UK board.........

Is the issue that you were banned from selling a particular watch (I wouldn't know why a legitimate watch would be banned) and you continued to try to sell it anyway? Or not?

Seems to indicates that you were selling counterfeits.

"Based on" "replica"  are not allowed.

Even mentioning that  a  fashion doll is like a Barbie is not allowed.

Were you dropshipping ? Will your supplier give you are refund on what you paid him? 

Most won't.

Another problem with dropshipping.

Getting nine orders and being unable to fill them is nine Defects.

End of the line.

Never sell anything you don't have in your hands.
