It does not affect your selling if you handle the cases without eBay becoming involved. Good luck.

You are drop-shipping items from China. Not a good business model.
How are you sending these return labels? Are you covering the return shipping fee?

Like others have stated drop shipping is a very risky business platform.
I hope things improve for you.
Good luck.

Thank you for your reply
first i chat with buyer to solve that case but the buyer did not agree with me. i feel buyer open the case for refund from me there is no any mistake in item .so i ask from ebay what should i do.then they said accept return.

As a seller, don't ever get Ebay involved on a return.
If the buyer files and INAD, either refund the buyer and let them keep it or accept the return and pay return shipping.
You keep selling that junk from China, you'll be getting a lot of returns.

Your sales will not be affected by returns if you handle them properly (don't let eBay get involved).
What you have on offer can be bought just about anywhere, so I think the slow sales is due to simple competition.

Hi, many sellers are reporting the same thing here in the forums. Examine the topic snd you will see numerous posts. So you are not alone.
There are about two main schools of thought regarding what is happening here. Some feel the it’s due to the changes recently rolled out by eBay, coupled with eBay’s tinkering with the site and viola! —they broke it. Others are blaming the fact folks are finally not as restricted in their activities now and are not home online like they were.
I think it could well be a combination of the two. Good luck and hope your sales pick up soon.
