I hope to become an eBay seller in the near future. My question is what are the factors contributing to the decline in sales orders? 🤔

Since you've never sold on eBay, how could you have experienced a decline in sales? I hope no one is cheating on his Seller School homework!

Selling items that many others are selling or drop shipping poorly manufactured items from China.
Charging too much for something that its inexpensive, charging too much for Shipping, selling items no one wants, especially coconut items, out of stock, poor packaging, poor economy...all these reasons will slow down sales.
Good luck on your selling journey.

Most from Sri Lanka try dropshipping junk from China which we can pick up at any dollar store and not have to wait two months to get it.
Others try listing items that can't be shipped to the US, but they don't don't care, they keep listing them and wonder why they can't sell them.

Is it a common question? Why do you assert that? And since you state it as a fact, tell me what percentage of eBay's approximately 18,000,000 active sellers are experiencing "a decline in sales orders," causing them, and you, concern? And are these sellers from across the world, or from just specific countries or regions? Which countries or regions, if so? Are they sellers of specific goods, or genernal merchandise? Which specific goods, if not general merchandise?

You can read the many other threads about it then. No need to start a repetitive thread.
Contrary to what you may have heard, you do not get any special 'points' or awards for posting here.
