Long time eBay member help

I have been a member since 1999 and have bought and sold many things since and have great feedback.  I have just started listing again lately after a hiatus and am hit with the limitations issue. I have tried calling and the recording says they are closed/resolve online to get limits increased but I’m not seeing how to do that.  I use my iPhone to do everything but when I try to follow the link it takes me to a web browser and I can’t seem to log in.  Any help would be appreciated.

Long time eBay member help

I use the desktop platform only. If you have access to a desktop, you'd contact customer service by clicking the "Help & Contact" link that's on every eBay web page. Since customer service is not available by phone because of the virus, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Email us."

You can also contact customer service via Facebook:

or Twitter:

After following contact info given by pburn; note that it is a waste of time. You are considered a 'new' seller and will be limited, with limits moving up slowly as you prove you are a good seller. Length of time as a member does not matter, recent length of time selling is all that does.
