Local Pick item not to be picked up for over 60 days question

I sold a Local Pick up item to a Buyer on July 29, they're form several states away and are coming through the area in October which will be 60 days after the sale.  I have NOT marked it shipped yet.  Is there any defect or negative thing that can happen if I don't mark it shipped before 60 days (which i believe is wehn things drop of the Sold list correct?  Or does Seller Hub extend that to 90 days?).
