Listings # not matching

My app says that I have 2,122 active listings, yet my store has 2,096?

I noticed this started about 3 days ago and have been missing listings since?  

How can I tell which listings are not active on the store?

I see 2,238

Usually discrepancies like this are because some sellers use variation listings so you might see one number in one place, then a higher number that factors in variations in another place.

My active listings are now 2297 in my dashboard and 2238 in my store.

I did call eBay about this issue and they suggested to just wait, but the number of listings lost keeps growing.
