When I am listing an item I don't have the new option"Used Like New" ? How do I add that for my listings?

It depends on the item you are listing.

eBay does not allow some used items to be sold.

For example, cribs, car seats, underwear,

I have alot of NFL items shirts, hoodies, pants all are used but in excellent condition like new

What category are you trying to list in.

The sports memorabilia category does not have the same condition choices as the clothing category has.

If you're on a phone try moving to a computer, all sorts of stuff will magically appear.

I'm sorry , the category would be sports mem, cards&fan shop, fan apparel & souvenirs, football NFL

In that category you only have the choice of "new" or "used"

The clothing categories have additional choices such as you mentioned.

The list of item conditions that eBay offer for a listing is category-specific.

You are limited to the options that eBay offers - you cannot add things to this list.
