I am from Sri lanka and new to ebay. I tried to list mt first item(food), but im not allowed. I upgraded my account to selling. still problem remains. pls help me

I don't know, by what you said, if you have completely set up for selling.

Did you enter an email address with which to be paid?  Have you verified your information and entered an payment method by which you can pay your ebay and Paypal fees?

If you are still having problems, you might want to call Ebay CS.

It may be that food is not allowed to be sold from Sri Lanka.  You might want to check the error message that you received from Ebay, and check import and export laws.  There are rules for each country as to what is allowed to be brought into the country.
