On a regular auction you can not have Immediate Payment Required [IPR]. You can if you put a BIN on the listing.
However that isn't as important as it once was. Check your Buyer Requirements. There is a newer requirement towards the bottom that will or should significantly help you. It requires a bidder to supply their payment information and ship to address BEFORE they are allowed to bid.
Then if they are the winning bidder, they have one hour after the auction ends in which they can edit their payment source or ship to address. After that the payment is processed.
There is also a 7 day delay in payment on auctions if you offer combined shipping and a buyer wants that time to shop your auctions.
