My suggestion is you should probably contact Payoneer to see if everything was in order. Note that you also must be approved by eBay BEFORE you can sell here. That can take up to 30 days to be approved. Another factor may be that certain areas of the Ukraine are still restricted from selling on this platform due to the conflict in your country & Russia.
Allow me to offer some advice just in case. If you are considering drop shipping or 3rd party drop shipping....don't. Drop shipping is a poor business platform and most don't do well with it. Most are also suspended. If eBay notices unsavory seller behavior due to this practice and customers not receiving their items, they will shut you down. Just some caution on your behalf. Please be careful.
