I need some clarity about listing fees. I am considering dropping my subscription and ending some listings and saving the renewal cost of $21.95 due to the downturn in sales. My question is, will I be charged $.35 for any exiting listings or does the $.35 apply to only new listings? All my listing are but it now. Also, if I bring back (relist) some items from the "end item " category will they be charged a listing fee? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Without a store, you get 250 free a month.
That's 250 total and as long as you stay under the 250, there isn't any insertion fee's.
If you have 200 renew from last month, you'll be able to list 50 the next month.

When you downgrade, your store subscription runs to the end of the month. Any listings that list or relist after the first of the month will be considered new.

Great!, I only have 249 listings now. I will drop my store to save the $21.95 each month until the market turns around. Hopefully it will do so after Nov. 5th. Follow up: How do I cancel my store?

I hope you are at or near the end of your year commitment, since you would be penalized otherwise to end the store.

http://pages.ebay.com/stores/subscriptionterms.htmlIf you cancel your store subscription during July, then as of August 1 you will have no store and will get 250 free insertions per month. These can be used for new listings, relists, or when a fixed price listings rolls over.
