I listed small hand carved tools made from bone. My item was deleted by Ebay. If I understand correctly, I need to list from what animal that the bone came from. How do I determine which animal??

You have Native American artifacts there, and they are strictly regulated. Here is ebay's policy, and in it you will find additional links on federal regulations and laws involving specifically cave artifacts:

Because of all the legalities involved, and the lack of information you have, I would not try to list them again. It's risky. Once you are on ebay's radar, you have to be twice as careful when listing sensitive items. The next time could get you a suspension rather than deletion. They are really neat, but i'd say don't do it.

I have no idea on how to determine the animal but in case you are not aware, you can’t list it if it is from an ivory producing animal. https://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/wildlife.html

Use 'Bovine Bone'.

Thank you, Is there some way I can say it is Bovine Bone without misrepresenting item? If I say believed to be Bovine, then will Ebay come back in and say I have to confirm it? I am not sure what animal at all. I have 6 items carved from bone. Note on items "From Various Cave and Rock Overhang sites Scioto Co. Ohio", I do not usually sell this catagory, but bought them because they were interesting. I appreciate all that take the time to help.

Well, Bovine bone includes cattle, bison, buffalo, etc., so you wouldn't be far off. Bone is pretty much bone from a basic animal like that.
Unless, of course, it's antler, which is why a photo would help.

I tried to attach photos. Please let me know if you can see them.

I have no idea what that means, but if it makes them Native American artifacts, there may be legal issues with selling them.
That term is familiar in some way though. Maybe others will recall it better.

To agree with a previous poster, if Ebay deleted the listing, it is entirely too risky to relist as the item has been flagged by the bots and yuou are on their radar.
A relist would be picked up and that could have dire consequences for you, suspension, temporary or permanent.
Please protect yourself and your selling privileges and do not list the items again. You will save yourself a lot of angst that way.
