I am a new seller and I have already created my 1st listing under the category "Collectibles & Art -> Collectibles". Should I create my other 2 listings also under same category? Please advice me. Thank you.

Hello!
If your items are in the collectibles and art venue, then yes, you can list them in those categories.
I have a question? How much money do you think you're going to make on the key chain you have listed for 1 cent and you give free shipping? This is a very bad business plan. Did you come on ebay to make money or to give it away? You have so much competition in this category that it will be difficult to sell. If items do not sell, ebay will not increase you selling limit. You need to consider selling something else. Don't use the auction style listing and do not offer "best offers" either.
Use a buy it now with immediate payment required. Did you not attend the seller school? You really should consider it because it is apparent that you don't really know what you're doing:

Good luck should you choose to enroll.

I agree with the other seller. Forget the auction format for this type of item. Auctions are good for rare items where you are sure there will be interest.
Change it to BIN. I have seen similar key chains being offered for $5 to $10. I understand, you need to develop feedback, so you are basically willing to send these for free. It's OK, if you don't mind paying for postage. I would still not use $0.01 as a price, people get suspicious. I think $2 would be reasonable.
Also, you mention that the item will be shipped within 5 days. Being in USA, I would really not bother with your items as getting it from Sri Lanka would take a long time, in addition your processing time is 5 days? To attract a person like me, you need to mail it next day and highlight it in the description...Your item will be mailed next day etc.
Another thing, buyer pays for return shipping. For a trivial item like this, I would indicate that the seller pays return shipping. Basically, nobody is going to return the keychain (you have very good photos so everybody knows what they are getting). Too much of a hassle. If someone decided to return (very unlikely), you can just tell the buyer to keep it. DO you really need this keychain back? So when I see that you pay return shipping, I would be more inclined to buy from you, even though I know, that I would never bother to return it. It is psychology.
Good luck.

Thank you very much for the advice. I created this listing at starting price of $0.99 with auction style. but nobody placed a bid, then I changed the starting price as $0.01. Buyers has placed 6 bids now. I wanted to sell my first item soon. I really appreciate your advices and I will create my next listing with BIN option.

You know the buyer is expecting to get both key chains, not just one.
With 6 bids and it's only up to $0.35, should tell you that they are not worth trying to sell here.

Ken makes a good point. Your description says "1pcs key tag (Send by Random Color)"... but some buyers buy from pics.
Another couple of concerns... your listings say, "Return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer"... and that's not always true.
It also says, "Buyers MUST contact us for all return products for the returning address"... and that's not true.
- Who pays the return shipping cost is designated by eBay, it isn't always to be paid by the buyer.
- The buyer MUST open a Return request to get a label with the return address... they don't have to contact you.
1) Add your Return address in your Account Settings. 2) Read the buyer's MBG. >> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Thank you. I will change my description from next listing. I appreciate these concerns.
